Contact Little Nellies
If something isn’t working, you don’t need another generic answer. You need clarity.
Whether you are considering an EHCP application, challenging a refusal, preparing an appeal, facing tribunal, or simply unsure what stage you are at, this is where the process starts properly.
We work exclusively in SEND advocacy. Every case begins with understanding the stage you are at, the decision that has been made, and the deadlines that apply.
Before You Contact Us
If possible, have the most recent Local Authority decision letter to hand. If an EHCP has been issued, keep a copy available. If you have received a refusal notice or tribunal timetable, that is particularly important.
If you do not have everything organised yet, that is fine. What matters most is knowing whether any deadlines are approaching.
How We Work
We do not provide rushed advice over email.
Every new enquiry begins with a structured consultation. This allows us to understand your situation properly, review key documentation where available, identify urgent deadlines, and advise on the correct next step.
This approach protects your case from reactive decisions and unnecessary escalation.
You leave the conversation knowing exactly where you stand.
Consultation and Next Steps
Initial consultations are structured and stage-specific.
We will review your position, explain your legal options clearly, outline recommended next steps, and confirm scope and fixed fees where relevant.
There is no open-ended billing and no pressure to proceed beyond the stage you are at.
